The second edition of Cave Minerals of the World, by Carol Hill and Paolo
Forti will be available in August 1997. Special pre-publication prices have
been established for orders placed with the NSS Bookstore prior to the
publication release date.

January 1997 through March 1997 US$ 50

April 1997 through July 1997 US$ 60

After August 1, 1997, the suggested retail price will be US$ 70.

Prices do not include shipping. The book will have an estimated shipping
weight of about 2.5 kg (5 U.S. lbs).Estimated shipping cost would be an
additional $5.00 in the U.S. and ??? in Europe.

First release of the book will take place at the 12th International
Congress of Speleology (UIS) meeting in Switzerland, August 10-17, 1997.
The book will be on sale at the UIS. Copies ordered in advance can be
picked up there.
