New Russian speleo Web page

Hello everybody!

I have just launched the WWW home page of Russian SpeleoInfoCentre.
Those who have access to Internet and a Web browser are encouraged
to link to http://rubens.its.unimelb.edu.au/~pgm/ru/ and see the
very first version. The next is ready but not yet installed.
This Web page was made grace to Peter Matthews (Melbourne) who
allowed me to occupy a little of his Web space, helped to edit
the source HTML code and install it on the server. However, I
consider using an Australian server for Russian speleo Web page as
a temporary measure and hope to find some Web space in Russia or
Ukraine. Maybe you have an idea where to get it? Please help me
to fix this problem.

I had to edit this page only in English since I cannot yet deal
with cyrillic on Macintosh which I can only use. This is not so bad
since it allows everybody in the World to read it. However, I think
that a Russian version would be also useful, especially since there
is a lot of materials in Russian which can easily be added (linked)
to this page. Can you find time to contribute to making or supporting
the Russian version of RSIC page?

I would like to know who among you could access this page and what is
your opinion.
