Tribute to victims of caving accidents

Ladies and Gentlemen of the List,

In the Karst Pages I pay tribute to fallen caving colleagues.

I request that you please let me know the details of caving accidents in your area or elsewhere in the world, which resulted serious injuries or death, if you know of such accidents.

The details I need are:-

Name of victim
Date and Place of accident
The outcome (serious injury or death)
Brief description of the accident.
