Программа семинара по спасательным работам в пещерах с сифонами (пока на английском в авторской редакции):
FIRST DAY
morning : classroom – 4 hours
-Presentation of the instructors
-Presentation of the participants
-Presentation of the structure of the French Caving Federation (FFS) and of the French Cave Rescue
(SSF)
-Presentation of the goals of the week
-The concept of diving rescue
-The organization of the de diving rescue team, the role of the rescue team leader
-Tasks of the diving rescue team
-Formation of teams
afternoon : classroom – 4 hours
-The stretcher package:
-the stretcher
-the waterproof bag
-the tools for respiration
-Preparation of the stretcher:
-installing the victim
-attaching the sac and the stabilizations
-positioning weights and cylinders
-Working with the stretcher
-Handling incidents
-Presentation of the materials and the techniques for evacuation as used by SSF
-Transmission - Medical Assistance Team
evening : classroom – 2 hours
-Presentation of an intervention by the SSF
-Statistics on cave accidents
-Progress of a cave rescue, implication of the cave rescuer and of the team
-schedule
-pre-alert, alert
-arrival on the site
SECOND DAY:
Morning:
Team A: outside or classroom - 4 hours
- Material of the medical assistance team
- Preliminary brief check of the casualty
- Protection of the casualty and evaluation of the risks
- Survival point:
- choosing a place
- construction
- installing the casualty
- Comprehensive list of injuries
Team B: sea – 4 hours
- Working with the stretcher
- Installing the casualty
- Fastening the casualty
- Balanced submersion
- Surveillance of the casualty
- Positioning (head side and foot side)
Afternoon:
Team A: sea – 4 hours
- Working with the stretcher
- Installing the casualty
- Fastening the casualty
- Balanced submersion
- Surveillance of the casualty
- Positioning (head side and foot side)
Team B: outside or classroom - 4 hours
- Material of the medical assistance team

Team B: Sea – 4 hours
- Working with the stretcher (reviewing)
- Installation of telephone line
- Installation of ground transmission system
Afternoon:
Team A: Sea – 4 hours
- Working with the stretcher (reviewing)
- Installation of telephone line
- Installation of ground transmission system
Team B: Cliffs - 4 hours
- Techniques for vertical evacuation
Evening: classroom – 4 hours
- Presentation of the management of the cave rescue operation by the command post
- Presentation of techniques to remove obstructions – regulations
FOURTH DAY:
Morning : sea/ cliffs – 4 hours
- Rigging the cliffs for the evacuation of the stretcher
- Evacuation of a casualty after cave diving accident
- Evacuation of the stretcher (sea – cliff)
- Installing a survival point
Afternoon : sea/ cliffs – 4 hours
- Changing the teams
Evening: classroom - 2 hours
- Presentation of the search
FIFTH DAY:
Morning: travel to resurgence
Afternoon: exterior – 4 hours
-Training evacuation of a casualty
-Training transmission
-Training search
SIXTH DAY:
8 hours
-Whole day exercise with simulation of cave diving accident and evacuation
