Всем добрый день.

Нам пришёл очередной email Вестник Европейской Спелеологической Федерации.
Пересылаю его в общепринятом в Федерации англо-французском варианте.

В частности, в Вестнике отмечается что международный "Этический Кодекс пещерных исследовательских и научных работ в зарубежных странах"
"Code of Ethics for Cave Exploration and Science in Foreign Countries" опубликован на сайте МСС на семи языках.

В том числе на русском http://www.uis-speleo.org/ethic-ru.pdf .

Этический Кодекс широко используется и пропагандируется во всём мире, становится стандартом.

Quite a lot of news in this season's greetings and arrival of the wintertime about the European Federation - Fsue ... So the Fsue & the next European Congress www.Vercors2008.ffspeleo.fr had their 1st stand during the Italian congress early november in Casola that have welcomed more than 2800 cavers from about 10 countries (Italy, Swizerland, France, Britain, Spain, Germany, Croatia, Austria, Ukraine, etc). Congratulations to the Casola Organisation Team !

NEXT PUBLIC MEETING : Before meeting each other at the EuroSpeleo Forum 2007 in Sweden, we invite you to already mark on your agenda the date of the 20th of May 2007 when we'll have the next Fsue public meeting during the 47th German Caving Meeting in Iserlohn near Dortmund. There will be an open discussion about some topics to prepare next Fsue general assembly meeting in Sweden on August. SOLIDARITY : As you might have known, the librairy of the Ukrainian Institue of Speleology and Karstology has burnt beginning of October. This is a sad news for the whole speleological community, and today everyone tries to help our Urkrainian friends to re-constitute their lost librairy. EUROSPELEO FORUM : The organization of next EuroSpeleo Forum 2007 - Baltic Speleological Congress (BSC - 13-15 August in Visby - Sweden) has really started now. The Call-for-Paper for this major 2007 congress has been issued and cavers interested to send a paper for a presentation can find more information on : http://www.speleo.se/bsc/BSC%202007/Call%20for%20Papers.html . It will be THE big meeting of 2007 for every European caver. Before seeing you there, we invite you to visit the nice BSC website www.speleo.se/bsc/ . Next FSUE General Assembly Meeting (GAM) will be held on the 14th of August 2007 on the congress site. The GAM agenda will be ready by the beginning of the year. All Fsue delegates will receive a paper call for this meeting by post-mail.

NEW ! "Multilingual caving dictionaries" ! : The European Union will have 23 official languages starting from next 1st of January ! So now, when you are looking for a speleo word in one of these languages, you can find it thanks to the new directory of multilingual caving dictionaries available online in Europe. It's new, and it's available on the "Projects page" of the Fsue website. It's the item n°6 on http://fsue.org/main6/projects.html .

EXPEDITIONS : The UIS (International Union of Speleology) have adopted in 1997 its "Code of Ethics for Cave Exploration and Science in Foreign Countries". This code is very simple, useful and necessary for a good cooperation between cavers of different countries. During last coordination meeting in september between UIS and FSUE, it has been decided that the Fsue will launch an information campaign for a wide-broadcasting of this Code of Ethics in every European country. So we invite your federation to broacast it widely to your clubs. The text exists in 7 languages including English, that you can find on : http://www.uis-speleo.org/ethic-en.html

EUROSPELEO PROJECTS & AGENDA : 2007 is coming soon ! You can send us to the data on the events you organise in your country, so that we'll put them on the 2007 Fsue agenda ( http://fsue.org/main4/agenda-2007.html ). If your events gather European cavers from 5 countries or more, you can receive a financial funding from the "EuroSpeleo Projects fund" managed by the Fsue. For the young cavers up to 26 years old, a "European Youth Camp" is organised by the FFS Youth Commission mid-July in South Vercors in the French Alps. An American group of cavers is launching a new edition of the "Atlas of Great Caves of the World" published in originally in 1986 by Courbon & Chabert. Pas mal de nouvelles sur la Fdration Europenne (Fsue) en cette fin d'anne avant l'arrive de l'hiver ... Ainsi la Fsue & le prochain Congrs europen www.Vercors2008.ffspeleo.fr ont tenu leur 1er stand durant le congrs italien dbut novembre Casola. Congrs qui a rassembl plus de 2800 splos d'environ 10 pays (Italie, Suisse, France, Angleterre, Espagne, Allemagne, Croatie, Autriche, Ukraine, etc). Il s'agit d'une bien triste nouvelle pour l'ensemble de la communqut splologique. Et aujourd'hui chaque fdration essaye d'aider nos amis ukrainiens reconstituer leur bibliothque perdue. EUROSPELEO FORUM : L'organisation du prochain EuroSpeleo Forum 2007 - "Congrs Splologique de la Baltique" (BSC - 13-15 aot Visby - Sude) a dj demmar. L'appel prsentations pour cet venement majeur de 2007 a t lanc. NOUVEAU ! "Dictionnaires splo multilingues" ! : L'Union Europenne aura 23 langues officielles compter du 1er janvier ! Dornavant, lorsque vous cherchez un mot splo dans une de ces langues, vous pouvez le trouver grce au nouvel annuaire des dictionnaires splo multilingues disponibles en ligne en Europe. C'est nouveau et c'est sur la "Page Projets" du site Fsue. C'est l'item n°6 sur http://fsue.org/main6/projects.html .

Ce code est trs simple, utile et ncssaire la bonne coopration entre les splos des diffrents pays. Durant la dernire runion de coordination entre l'UIS et la FSUE, il a t dcid que la Fsue lancerait une campagne d'information pour une diffusion large de ce Code Ethique au sein de chaque pays europen. EUROSPELEO PROJECTS & AGENDA : 2007 arrive grands pas ! Vous pouvez nous envoyer les coordonnes des venements que vous organisez dans votre pays. Nous les mettrons ainsi sur l'Agenda 2007 Fsue (http://fsue.org/main4/agenda-2007.html ). Si vos venements rassemblent des splos europens d'au moins 5 nationalits, vous pouvez recevoir une aide financire du Fonds d'aide "EuroSpeleo Projects" gr par la Fsue.
