известен среди спелеологов изданием высококачественных спелеокалендарей.
Готовится к изданию календарь на 2004 год и Speleo Projects интересуется
высококачественными пещерными фотографиями.

Greetings, fellow cavers and cave photographers,

Speleo Projects is now accepting submissions of quality caving
photographs for publication in our 2004 Calendar, and possibly other
publications.

        **** DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: MARCH 15, 2003 ****

Here are the submission guidelines:


All photos should be submitted as:
SLIDES, 24 x 36 mm or larger.
Original slides are better suited for printing. Of course, duplicates or
high resolution scans can be sent in for PRELIMINARY viewing as well, but
for quality purposes we must ask for original slides for the final
printing. Each photographer is free in the choice of subjects of his
cave-related slides.

Sending photographs:
Fill out the attached submission form. This MUST be sent with the photos.

Photographs must be packed carefully. Speleo Projects refuses any
responsibility for loss or damage incurred during transport to our offices.

Airmail is strongly recommended. Photographs are highly valuable for
their authors. For this reason, it is best to send CERTIFIED MAIL.

Please indicate on the green customs declaration: "Photographs for
exhibition, to be returned to sender".
**No excessive value indications please! This can cause substantial
customs fees for us!

Return of photographs:
The slides which were not selected will be sent back to their authors.
All letters and parcels containing photographic material will be sent
back by registered mail.

Reward:
The author will automatically receive reference copies of the publication
in which his photo was published. In addition, an appropriate fee, in the
range of our financial possibilities, will be paid. If requested, copies
of the particular publication can b
e received as a reward.

Original slides will be returned to the photographer (other procedures
may be fixed individually, for instance safe-keeping of the original
photographs by Speleo Projects). Should we at any time want to use a
photo for our archive, we would ask the author
for the original photograph and at the same time for authorization for
publication thereof. The original photograph will remain with us until
the publication is finished.
