Karst Information Portal: A Free Source for International Publications
The Karst Information Portal (www.karstportal.org) is a NCKRI project in partnership with the University of South Florida Libraries (USF), University of New Mexico, and the International Union of Speleology. The Portal is part of the USF Libraries Digital Collections and serves as a one-stop shop for free, online access to cave and karst information.
The Portal serves as a library and contains thousands of newsletters, journals, government reports, theses, dissertations, books, and other materials from about 70 organizations in more than 20 countries. If you need information on any cave or karst topic, enter a keyword in the search engine to see what you may find. Publications were downloaded 322,195 times from the Portal last year and new publications are added regularly.
