  INVITATION
 (preliminary)

Meeting of the German working group on artificial cavities
         (Arbeitskreis kuenstliche Hohlraeume
                          im
    Verband der deutschen Hoehlen- und Karstforscher e.V.)

The German working group on artificial cavities invites all
friends and interested persons to join the meeting from 6. to 9.
of june 1996 in Iserlohn (Sauerland).

6. june: arrival until noon;
          afternoon: sight-seeing tour to the Muttental
               (birthplace of the Ruhr-coal-mining);
          night: talk and discussion

7. june: morning until night: sight-seeing tour to an ore mine
               in the Sauerland
          night: talk and discussion

8. june: morning: tour to an old coal mine
          afternoon: tour to the "Katakomben des Baarbachs" in
               Iserlohn
          night: talk and discussion

9. june: morning: tour to an old ore mine near Sundern
          afternoon: departure

Sleeping:
   sleeping can be organized as "bed and breakfast" in a hotel in
   Iserlohn (registration until 5. May please); camping sites
   and other hotels are available for individual booking;

Food:
   self-catering; different restaurants are available;

Equipment:
   Usual equipment is necessary:
       boots, overall, electric cap lamp
       (please no carbide cap lamps (davy lamps) !!)
