Technical informations

The organizer advices the participants to use the accommodation facilities of the Hotel "Kolovare" in Zadar, where the special (cheaper) prices will be arranged for the members of the symposium. Approximate prices (one day/person) are for the single room (with or without clima) with full pension range between 72 DM and 87 DM, for bed in double room (with or without clima) with full pension range between 54 DM and 68 DM in hotel. Bed and breakfast are 16 DM less than full pension. The booking for the hotel Kolovare have to be arranged by the participants themselves directly to the Hotel Kolovare, HR - 23000 Zadar, Bo?e Periиiжa 14, CROATIA, phone. **385 23 211 096, fax **385 23 213 079, with the remark "ALCADI 2000". They accepted AMEX, DINERS, EURO/MASTER credit cards or cash.

The participation fees are

250 DM (regular member) - include the admission to the lectures, the right to present paper, poster, video, etc., all the symposium published materials and the printing of the papers, bag, cap, bottle of special vine, coffee and refreshment during coffee breaks, and visiting the museums.

100 DM (accompany member) - include the admission to the lectures, some of the symposium published materials, bag, cap, attending social events during the symposium, coffee and refreshment during coffee breaks, and visiting the museums.

100 DM (for regular or acc. member) - 2 full day (one half day) excursions (travelling by buses and boats, tickets, and food and drink on excursion in NP Island of Kornati) to the Cerovaиke caves, NP Island of Kornati and NP Krka Waterfalls.

150 DM (for non members of Symposium) - 2 full day (one half day) excursions (travelling by buses and boats, tickets, and food and drink on excursion in NP Island of Kornati) to the Cerovaиke caves, NP Island of Kornati and NP Krka Waterfalls.

Participation fees will be paid directly at the registration desk of the symposium with cash. Registration desk will be open Tuesday, May 23, from 5 - 9 p.m., Wednesday, May 24, from 8 - 10 a. m., and Thursday - Friday, May 25 - 26, from 8 9 a.m. The registration desk will be in the hall of the Hotel "Kolovare" and the communications held in the "Congress room" (Kongresna dvorana) in the same hotel. Departure for the excursions will be from the parking in front of the Hotel Kolovare.

Communications

can be presented in one of ISU (UIS) languages, preferably in English. Time available for a communication will be 20 minutes (15 presentation, 5 for discussion)
